Step 1: Your Consultation

It all begins with a conversation. We invite you to book a private consultation at our Collins Street boutique, where you’ll sit down with Silvana or Daniela in a relaxed, unhurried environment. This is your time — to share inspiration images, talk through your preferences, describe the feeling you want your ring to capture, and ask as many questions as you need.

There’s no pressure and no rush. Many clients come in with a clear vision; others come in simply knowing they want something special and aren’t quite sure where to start. Either way, we’ll guide you.

Step 2: Design and Diamond or Gemstone Selection

Once we understand your vision, our team works on translating it into a design. Using CAD (Computer-Aided Design), we create a detailed rendering of your ring so you can see exactly how it will look before a single piece of metal is crafted. We’ll refine and adjust the design together until every detail feels right.

At this stage, we’ll also guide you through selecting the stones for your ring. We offer GIA certified diamonds — both natural mined and lab-grown — alongside a range of precious gemstones including sapphires, emeralds, and rubies. Your choice of metal will also be confirmed: 18ct white, yellow, or rose gold, or platinum for a premium finish.

Step 3: Handcrafted by Our Master Jeweller

Once the design is approved, your ring is handcrafted on-site by our master jeweller, who brings more than 25 years of specialised experience to every piece. Unlike many jewellers who outsource manufacturing, we create everything in-house. This means complete quality control, the ability to make refinements during the process, and the assurance that your ring is crafted by genuinely skilled hands — not an unknown workshop.

Step 4: The Final Reveal
